Order Issues

Please email in to with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.

Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address.
Simply email us with your order numbers and we will refund you the shipping accordingly.

Foxtrot Uniform is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.

We will not release any personal information to external parties, unless legally bound to do so.


We may collect personal identification information from customers in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when customers visit our site, register to our emailer or placing an order. customers may be asked for their name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information.

Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be inaccurate in real time, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive.

Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your family members, neighbors, PO Box and/or post office for more information in the meantime.

If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email us within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!

In the event that a Registered Mail article, both local and overseas, is suspected to be lost, please contact us and we will raise an enquiry. We will check with the relevant departments, do give us 14 days to get an update.

Yes! Keep in mind, though, that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind.
